Shipping policy

Delivery Policy
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a further notification when your order is shipped.
Domestic shipping rates and estimates
For single flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping of 15 $ within Canada for orders under 250 $.
Shipping is free for orders over 250 $.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nheo.ca with your name and order number, and we will investigate the situation for you.
Shipping to a PO Box
Some carriers have limitations regarding shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount of the order minus the return shipping cost.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@nheo.ca with your order number and a photo of the condition of the item. We deal with them on a case by case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
